Our expertise in evaluating potential reserves upsides from discoveries and turning them to development projects ensures enhanced returns and reduced risk. It is our aim to build a portfolio of Appraisal to Development assets to provide investor security.

We will seek the best possible return and retain flexibility to either be a non-Operator or Operator of the assets depending upon which strategy provides the optimal return. We will only seek to take non-Operator interests which offer minimal corporate costs resulting in enhanced returns to our investors whilst benefiting from selective partnering with highly experienced and well capitalised developers and Operators of assets. However, we will maintain sufficient influence to ensure good stewardship of the investments.

Our strategy is to invest in appraisal of proven discoveries, bringing expertise and capital to enable them to be turned in to high value developments. This optimises the risk / reward profile and avoids the high risk area of hydrocarbon exploration.
